4 Measure the Process and Outcomes

Measurement using the COPM happens on a regular basis throughout baseline, during intervention and following intervention. Other measures may be administered before and after the intervention to measure changes in the person’s participation profile.

Is There a Change?

For each participation goal, a series of data points that represent the level of goal performance and satisfaction, generated from the COPM, will be plotted and analyzed to detect change using an Excel sheet.
